Late Cancellations

Host-Initiated Cancellations
If a host cancels a confirmed reservation, guests are informed immediately and offered alternate options, credit support, or a full refund when applicable.
Extraordinary Circumstances
Events outside reasonable control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, may qualify for special cancellation handling after case review.
